I had a nose consultation before, and at that time I went because of a bulbous nose. If I remember correctly, they recommended osteotomy, silicone for the bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. Since it was my first surgery, the cost for autologous costal cartilage did not feel that expensive to me. It would have been more expensive if it had been a revision surgery, though..? The consultation atmosphere was very good, and the doctor’s personality itself seemed calm and gentle, like someone who listens well. When I asked questions, even if they were honestly ridiculous in my own mind, he explained things well without making me feel embarrassed. Like the reviews said, the overall nose line is elegant, but it seemed like there were more revision patients than first-time surgery patients. There was no consultation fee or CT scan fee, and for aftercare they do swelling laser treatment, but I didn’t ask how many sessions are included, so I don’t know exactly how many times they provide it for free.
