I went for a consultation because it seemed like they do a lot of ptosis-correction revision surgeries and I wanted to loosen my ptosis correction. They answered all my questions in detail and explained the surgical principle too, which was nice. (Of course, I didn't really understand what they meant.) The surgery price was a bit on the high side.
