The hospital facilities just feel like a clean little private clinic. The consultation and surgery waiting times were within 20 minutes. I remember the staff at the hospital were all really kind. The manager in particular was extremely kind. Because my eyes were so difficult, I thought there were limits, but at the consultation they raised my expectations too high, so my satisfaction dropped after the surgery. And the director has a strong personal opinion. Even though I explained the direction I wanted, the result didn’t come out that way, which was very disappointing.
