They don’t just do everything the patient wants. They only diagnose what is possible by looking at your eyes, and I’m not sure whether they refuse because it’s difficult or because it’s truly impossible. I heard hospitals that say everything the patient wants can be done should be avoided, so this seems like they’re acting ethically, which looks good to me.
