I felt that the hospital was very kind during the phone call. Just like other clinics, but especially here, I could strongly feel from the consultation manager that there was a strong trust in the director's skill. The image of a staff member who truly believes in the director made the clinic feel even more trustworthy. There was absolutely no pushing me to do this and that too much, and the director's aesthetic sense, which favors naturalness over excess to some extent, really stood out. It was a clinic where I felt the director's excellent conviction to operate the hospital by improving the quality of surgery for each individual patient rather than doing more operations. Because the director is skilled, his strong confidence in his own ability came through clearly in the explanation. I was grateful that he kindly explained everything in detail through drawings with an elegant way of speaking and a refined tone. After the consultation with the director and the price consultation with the consultation manager, the visit ended well.
