A famous influencer kept promoting this place as if the hospital director were their second father, and the director even appeared on YouTube with their face shown, so I went believing in it. I had the consultation while booking a surgery date on the same day. The manager was kind and the director wasn't bad either, but it didn't feel sincere. And when they drew blood for the pre-op test, the nurse? couldn't find a vein, and the nails were way too long. I don't even know if it was a nurse. I ended up with a huge bruise and had a hard time, but there wasn't much of an apology, and they seemed flustered and angry at themselves, so I felt apologetic and awkward. Because it was the chief director, I paid much more than I would have with another doctor (they even said themselves that they were on the expensive side). In the end, after surgery, I got asymmetrical double-eyelid lines and complications from the canthoplasty, so I'm suffering through it now. If I had known, I would have researched more and not done it there. I spent money for nothing and went through all that suffering.
