I remember going for a consultation in 2008-2009. Back then there was only one doctor in charge (now the chief director), and he looked so tired and didn't really listen to me. He kept recommending paranasal augmentation surgery, and an implant for a weak chin... So I got annoyed and passed on it, but looking back now, those were actually the surgeries my face needed. Still, using filler for the paranasal area has a big risk, so I don't plan to do it in the future either. Anyway, it took me 10 years to realize that his aesthetic analysis of my face was excellent. But separate from that, about two years later a lot more people started having surgeries at that clinic, and there were many complaints about side effects... so I concluded that good aesthetics mean nothing if the surgical skill is lacking. Anyway, not having it done there back then was fortunate, but the one I had done elsewhere also failed...
