The doctor is extremely forceful and extreme. If, as a patient, you say, "I'm worried about this part if I have this surgery," he just says, "Then don't do it." He keeps repeating only that and doesn't even offer an opinion on what should be done. It feels like he only properly counsels on the reconstructions he personally wants to do, and if it's not a case he does often, he gives a rushed consultation and gets very emotional about it. I thought there would be no way to communicate properly about the surgery, so I excluded it from my list. The staff are kind.
