I was worried because the consultation reviews weren’t all that great, but from my perspective they were kind! They only seem to recommend surgery to people who really need it, and they don’t seem to recommend minor revision work. I liked that they showed a lot of photos of recent surgeries. It seemed like they could easily figure out the eyes I wanted. But the reviews are all over the place, and from my perspective it felt kind of factory-like
