The director explained things kindly during the consultation and made me feel comfortable, which I liked. However, I personally found the staff's service unfriendly, which was disappointing. The surgical result was somewhat different from the direction and appearance I had expected before surgery, so I was not completely satisfied. When I told the clinic about the result, they said revision care was possible, and I plan to observe the progress for now. Since I have not undergone the revision yet, it is difficult to judge the final result. I liked the director's consultation and attitude, but I am still disappointed with the staff's service and the result so far. I plan to make a final evaluation after seeing how the revision is actually handled and how the result changes.
