I went with high expectations because this clinic is frequently mentioned in the cosmetic-surgery community. Since it was a weekday morning consultation, perhaps because they had surgery scheduled, the wait was extremely long and the director's consultation was the shortest. I expected them to carefully design the line, but they only marked one side, leaving me startled: "Huh? Is that all?" Other clinics checked my eyelid-opening strength, but this was the only one that didn't and said I needed ptosis correction, which felt a little off. The doctor was kind, but looked so busy and exhausted that I didn't ask any more questions before leaving. On the other hand, the coordinator was extremely kind and gave a professional consultation, so just seeing the coordinator made me want to have surgery there. Later, after looking up more reviews, I saw that all the eyes had very glamorous results, which I felt would not suit me, so I passed.
