I booked a consultation because I liked the before-and-after surgery photos on the website. There were two directors, so I got consulted by both. One was calm and answered questions well, and I felt they were very kind, but they seemed to prefer a flashy, noticeable nose style. The other was a bit difficult to consult with, so I just wrapped up the consultation quickly.
