They said the two are connected, and explained it very well like studying together, even showing photos. However, they never told me what kind of line it would come out as. They said they would use ear cartilage and septum, but since I had injured my nose a lot and my septum was badly damaged, I asked whether ear cartilage alone would be possible and what they thought about autologous costal cartilage. They said ear cartilage would be enough and asked to touch my ear, but they basically just touched it for 0.5 seconds and said, yes, it’s fine.
