I went for a consultation because the before-and-after photos looked nice, and I had even taken screenshots of the review photos with me. There was a bit of waiting, not too long, but it did feel slightly busy. Still, the consultation itself was good because they explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. They recommended replacing the silicone and using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Donor rib cartilage was possible too, but I felt uneasy about it, so I hadn't been considering donor rib cartilage from the beginning. I consulted with the doctor and then with the coordinator, and they showed me lots of before-and-after photos, mostly noses similar to mine, and we looked at styles that matched my taste. LOL I didn't feel even a hint of upselling. They checked once more according to exactly the direction the doctor talked about and then explained the cost. I think it's fine to go for a consultation there without any pressure.
