A consultation for eye revision surgery that was borderline like a high crease sausage and yet not quite. Director Yu was extremely calm and you could feel that he empathized with the patient and wanted to find a solution. But I was unsure whether my desired direction could actually be improved, and in the end the surgical plan he suggested was too disappointing from my perspective. If the doctor and I had been on the same page, I think my expectations for surgery would have been high.
