I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery. First, my nose has a blunt tip, the silicone start point is very high, the tip is also moderately high, and the bridge is on the high side. I went hoping to improve the long-nose feeling, but they firmly said it couldn't be done at once. They said realistically that if the bridge is lowered, the nose will look wider; if the tip is raised, the nose will inevitably look longer; and even if the start point is lowered, it won't produce enough effect for me to be satisfied.
