I had it done naturally with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. A lot of people do it without implants, but if you don't have a hump nose, I don't really recommend it. I asked them to make my nostrils less visible from the front, but they ended up being a little more visible. But it wasn't a disaster, and since they raised the tip without silicone, I guess that result was only natural. The alar itself became slimmer, so there were pros and cons. The consultation was kind, and overall they seem to prefer a natural look.
