I got a consultation because this place is famous for ear and lip specialty surgeries. The consultation happened quickly without much waiting. The surgeon spoke very bluntly, saying what could and couldn’t be done, whether there would be scars, and whether the philtrum was long. He’s quite blunt. The consultation manager was also kind and explained things well. But I ended up doing it somewhere else.
