My philtrum isn’t long, but because my lower jaw was overcorrected it looks relatively long, so they said doing a lot of shortening would be pointless and that 3 mm would be appropriate. I heard that it tends to return by 1 to 2 mm later, so I was thinking about around 4 mm, which was a little disappointing. I thought my philtrum was somewhat concave, but they recommended philtrum augmentation. The coordinator was extremely kind, and the director was blunt.. the consultation was only about 5 minutes... They said if I’m sensitive to scars, I shouldn’t do it, and that it’s better not to do it than to stress myself out. There was no pressure to have surgery. I’ve been 고민ing about philtrum reduction since last year, and I think I’ll keep thinking about it... The cost was 360 total, 180 each for the inner and outer philtrum...
