Just like in the reviews, the facilities are really... so bad. There isn’t even an elevator in the building, so you have to go up the stairs, and the stairs are steep too.. The surgeon gives 30-minute consultations, and since appointments are booked exactly in 30-minute slots, if you’re late, that much of your consultation time gets cut. He uses blog posts during the consultation, and it definitely feels like he prioritizes non-implant / safety first. But the expression “we’ll just take care of it well for you” is kind of off-putting. Rather than feeling like he communicates enough with the patient and tries to catch what shape they want and tailor it, it feels like he sticks to his own style. There’s no consultation manager, and it seems like a nurse helps with the consultation, but she was unfriendly and didn’t seem interested in selling at all.
