I had my nose surgery here because I wanted a natural result. I saw that putting cartilage in the tip can cause a lot of side effects later, so I just wanted it as safe and natural as possible, and that’s why I did it here. Honestly, there wasn’t a big effect. They used silicone and tied the nasal tip cartilage, but because I had a bulbous nose, the tip was still wide. Right after the surgery, it was extremely upturned. Of course, they put silicone in the bridge and didn’t put cartilage in the tip, just positioned my original nasal cartilage, so it couldn’t help being like that… So later I complained to the clinic, and they basically said, “What are we supposed to do if you had an upturned nose before and it’s still an upturned nose after surgery?” Seriously I’ll spare the words. In short, I recommend looking into other places more. Thankfully the swelling went down and the tip dropped, so that was a relief During consultation, they told me to do alar reduction as well, but I’m glad I said no. If I had reduced it too, I think it would have become completely upturned!! I don’t remember the exact price, but I think it was around that much.
