I had cartilage tying + silicone done when I was 20. It was fine at first, but as time went on it sagged, so I had revision surgery..^^ The director is also extremely unfriendly I heard their paranasal augmentation is famous here, so I had that done last year too, but they put in something way too thick, and I ended up with a monkey-like look + widened nose. I had a CT scan at another hospital, and they said they usually do not put in something that thick In the end I had it removed again Most of the staff were friendly!
