First of all, if you want to make an appointment for a consultation, you have to call right when it turns 10:00 and book it immediately. Since they're so famous, I just took it as expected and called about 18 times before getting a consultation. I had been super nervous before going in because there were so many things said like the doctor was picky or difficult, but he was quiet and kind, and he quickly identified the problem with my eyes and explained it to me. While we laughed and talked during the consultation, I didn't feel at all like he was difficult, and he understood what I wanted. The director? just briefly told me the surgery date, surgery time, anesthesia method, and other basic things, and that was it.
