I went in for a consultation about revision eye surgery. I had heard that they’ve also been active on YouTube lately and that they’ve become kinder during consultations. But honestly, they weren’t completely kind, though I did get the feeling that they looked at my eyes in detail and explained everything carefully. I liked that they drew my eye shape on paper and explained my current condition and the surgical direction. I hadn’t specifically mentioned the part I was worried about, but they pointed out how it could be improved, so I felt like they really do know how to look at eyes well. My eyes are extremely difficult ㅠㅠ I was a bit worried they might refuse surgery, but they said surgery was possible. However, they didn’t give me any certainty and spoke in hypothetical terms like, “if it succeeds...” When it came to scarring, like in other reviews, they seem to care more about the shape than the scar itself. If your eyes are extremely difficult, this was a clinic worth consulting. And the consultation director just told me the basic things: when to book surgery, what day to come to the clinic, the cost, the surgery time, and so on.
