미오름

Clinic name: Mio Reum Plastic Surgery Doctor: Dr. Seo Gwang-seok Consultation fee: I had already decided to have surgery, so I don't really know what would have happened if I hadn't decided. Consultation details: 40-year-old male, under-eye fat + partial-incision eye correction + mini double eyelid + 8-shaped wrinkle package So first, when I searched on a community here, I saw a lot of reviews about the doctor, and some parts were right and some were wrong. First of all, he doesn't seem like a typical money-grabbing plastic surgeon. I was torn between the cheaper under-eye fat repositioning and the more expensive under-eye lift surgery. Honestly, during the conversation, my tone probably made it obvious that I wanted the more expensive under-eye lift surgery. Even if it cost more, I wanted the under-eye lift for a definite youthful look and a dramatic result. But instead, he persuaded me that right now it would be better to just do fat repositioning for now, and that I could still do a lift later if needed. A money-grabbing doctor would recommend and push procedures I hadn't even mentioned, but he didn't. Also, he wasn't rude. It was more that his tone and personality just naturally felt that way. I'm in sales, and I'm pretty good at reading people. In my opinion, he's just naturally a bit blunt. That said, if you go in with the mindset of, "I'm here for cosmetic surgery, I'm paying for it, so I'm automatically the boss and you're the servant just because you're doing the surgery for me!" then you could feel like he's rude. I think doctors provide their skill and I spend money on the doctor, so it's a mutually beneficial relationship, assuming the doctor is skilled. And the part of the reviews that I felt was true was this: if you ask to see something you saw once during the consultation again, his tone is like, "I already showed you that earlier." That part was definitely in the reviews here. Anyway, I had 25 minutes with the doctor first, then about 15 minutes talking with the manager about the price and such. The doctor consulted first. Since the manager heard I came from Daejeon, they switched to a friendly tone about not being from Daejeon, but when the price talk started, they suddenly brought up Daejeon... haha. Anyway, the manager was kind. I'm a 40-year-old man, and I decided to go ahead with under-eye fat repositioning + partial-incision eye correction + mini double eyelid + 8-shaped wrinkle package. The price was under-eye fat repositioning 1.7 million + 8-shaped wrinkle package 1.8 million, bundled as an event for 2.5 million won, mini double eyelid + eye correction = 2.3 million won, total 4.8 million, and I did get a discount from there. Anyway, I think it's faster to ignore reviews about Mio Reum and just go in person for a consultation. I trusted them and was satisfied, so I decided right away. I had already watched a lot of their YouTube videos too, and I've also heard many times not to chase price alone when it comes to cosmetic surgery, so I'm scheduled for surgery next Wednesday. For men who might find my review helpful, I'll leave a post-op review.
