Among the well-known hospitals for philtrum surgery, I got a consultation here because their method was unusual. My philtrum is about 1.9 cm long, and other hospitals said they could shorten it by up to 3 mm, but here they said they could shorten it by up to 2 mm. In exchange, the scar would only remain a little in the center under the nose, so among the places I consulted, I placed a deposit here because the scar would be smaller. They also said they add a C-curve in addition to philtrum reduction, and when I look at before-and-after photos, the ones with that addition definitely look much prettier, so I’m planning to get that added and have the surgery. There was almost no wait for the consultation, and the consulting manager’s tone and attitude were kind. The doctor didn’t explain a lot, but it felt like they answered when I asked questions. Still, they said the results would probably be good, which reassured me.
