The consultation director, who was tall and a bit older.. Seemed like she came to have a power struggle with the patient. From start to finish she kept a straight face during the consultation, and if you're going to speak in a confrontational tone, I don't know why you're doing consultations at all. She wasn't communicating with the patient; she was just writing the surgery details extremely fast on a tablet and asking if there were any questions. The consultation itself was really terrible. I saw the doctor for 1 minute. I absolutely would not do it here.
