I found out about this through YouTube, and there is a 10,000 won consultation deposit here. I booked two weeks in advance, and they said cancellation was possible only if it wasn’t the day of the visit. When I submitted a cancellation request 2 days before the visit, there was no response that day, and then the next day they contacted me saying it wasn’t possible. They said cancellation is only possible if you notify them 3 days before the visit, and that it was written that way in the terms. Who goes that carefully through all those terms when booking a cosmetic consultation? (They said Thursday is their day off.) Then I asked if I could change the time, and they said if I wanted to do that, I’d have to pay an extra 10,000 won;;;:::::: When I said the message said the day off was a public holiday, they said they send a text message about days off one month in advance (which I didn’t really get either). At first they said it wasn’t refundable, but after I kept asking this and that, they just said to send the account number and they’d send the 10,000 won back. It seemed like a weird hospital, so I looked into it a bit more, and not going was probably a good thing.
