This is a place where the wait alone is said to be one year, but I waited and finally went for a consultation. It was the worst. Especially the older consultation manager, who seemed kind on the surface but gave me a strong feeling of looking down on people whenever I asked a question. The consultation with the director was extremely short, and when I asked questions, he seemed eager to end it quickly, so I felt too self-conscious to ask properly and left. I waited a whole year to go in for a consultation, and I was extremely disappointed. Even if they are not going to be kind, I hope that the older consultation manager at least shows basic respect toward patients. If they are like this during the consultation, I can only imagine how terrible the aftercare would be after surgery.. I absolutely do not want surgery here.
