They also explain how they will lower the nostrils. I’ve seen a few reviews here and there saying autologous rib cartilage can cause outward warping and make it hard to breathe, so I’m torn. I like a rounded nose tip, so I do want to do it here, but since this would be my first surgery, I’m really hesitant. The price is also 9 million won in cash for a first surgery, which is very expensive. If I end up looking better, then the 9 million won here wouldn’t be wasted, but there are too few reviews. And I’ve also seen a few reviews saying the nose gets longer, and I don’t really like long noses, so I’m conflicted.
