I had my first surgery with ear cartilage about 7 years ago. Even back then it was famous for a flashy style, and I remember they used silicone a lot to shape the line... But the bulbous nose wasn’t properly improved from the front, and because it was ear cartilage, it kept sagging so I had revision surgery at another hospital about 5 years later.
