The doctor is really kind. They also explain the CT analysis well, and the consultation manager seems professional and like they work well with the doctor. I already knew from what I'd heard that it was expensive, but it's such a flashy style that I don't think it would suit me, so I put it on hold. I think the bridge of the nose line just has a different aesthetic from mine.
