I had revision nose surgery 5 years ago. I chose it right after the consultation because Director Jeong Jaeyong is famous for designing a very natural look, and after the surgery people always look at my nose and say they are never quite sure, while also saying my nose is so pretty. I like it. But because he really does make it very natural, if you want it to look obvious, I think you need to emphasize that you want it flashy.
