For a first nose surgery, these days almost all of them easily go over 4 million won even if it's only the nose tip, but this was 3 million won, so I thought it was incredibly cheap and was a little surprised.. But during the consultation, they didn't take a CT scan and just kept saying silicone and ear cartilage, so I'm not sure whether they were consistently talking about a silicone-cartilage combination.
