While looking at the CT, he explained in detail, piece by piece, what was going on with this part of my nose and how the surgery would be done to make it look that way. He even drew diagrams and explained in detail which area would be operated on, what materials would be used, and what method would be used. I was very satisfied with the consultation with the director. After that, I talked about the price with the manager. With a partial-disclosure discount, I got a quote of 7.5 million. What ultimately decided my choice of hospital was the manager saying, "I'll give you time until 6 p.m. today." It felt like I was the one paying, but the manager was talking as if she were giving me a chance, and as if it were take it or leave it. She didn't seem interested in concerns about the surgery itself.
