The consultation was quite detailed, and they used a measuring angle tool to explain how much surgery would be possible. The consultation was conducted in a comfortable atmosphere. At the end, when they asked if I had any questions, I had nothing to ask because everything had already been explained upfront. However, they suggested a point that other places hadn't mentioned and that I hadn't even thought about, so I felt a little wary (??) and, although there was a same-day reservation discount, I put it on hold. The consultation manager did not pressure me to pay a deposit and thought through the parts I was worried about together with me.
