I had already had outer canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty three times in total, and because the outer corners were extremely upturned, even after opening them twice they were still raised. This time the director cleanly cut them downward. It doesn't look overdone even though they opened it a lot, and it came out neat and well done. I don't think I'll need to touch my eyes anymore. But while doing the outer/lower canthoplasty, I got a slight functional side effect where the lash line kind of curled inward. I'm just putting up with it since it's at a level I can live with.
