First of all, the director is very much a by-the-book kind of person. They are definitely not unfriendly, and they clearly tell you what is and isn’t possible. It’s not a case of saying everything can be done unconditionally; they explain the side effects that come with it and tell you not to have surgery if possible.. If I ever do have surgery, I’d want to do it here, but I’m not sure if the director would be the one to operate. I had a consultation, but I didn’t get a quote, so I don’t know.
