I went in with about 70% certainty that I wanted the nasal tip removed, and I was able to get detailed counseling about removal surgery. I went in with some uncertainty about full removal, so I was offered several surgical methods. The quoted price was for partial removal of only the cartilage that had been built up without an open approach. I’m leaning toward full removal, so I’d be willing to go for another consultation. Don’t expect an especially hopeful answer when asking about the shape after removal... just like other reviews, they gave conservative answers. The manager consultation was comfortable. I didn’t feel any rudeness. Maybe because I wasn’t fully decided, but it ended after just hearing the estimate. Consultation fee was 10,000 won.
