I had nose surgery in 2018, and it's been 7 years now with no issues. I have an ordinary face and my nasal bridge was very low, so I couldn't have anything flashy even if I wanted to, and I didn't want that look anyway. The surgeon gave an honest diagnosis without pushing me into anything excessive, and that matched my needs well, so I went ahead with the surgery. I hope nothing happens going forward too.
