I had my first nose surgery about 10 years ago. My nose was low and I had a bulbous tip, so they recommended silicone and septal cartilage and I went ahead with that. Because I asked for something natural before surgery, my nose is still kind of blunt, my nostrils are still wide, and the bulbous tip wasn’t improvedㅠㅠ After I went back and told them, they said they had raised it as much as possible, so now I’m looking into revision surgery at another clinic ㅠ
