He also showed me photos of cases similar to mine. However, he brought up canthoplasty, which no other hospital had mentioned. I knew my eye corners were a bit upturned, but I also knew that the worst surgery in eye surgery is canthoplasty, and that deep-set eyes are even less suitable, so I had never considered it. But the director said my eyes are well suited for canthoplasty, and that by lowering the outer corners, he could make them softer and make the eyes bigger. After hearing the director's consultation, I started thinking canthoplasty might be okay, so I was tempted. But that was shattered as soon as I heard the price during the manager's consultation;; For reference, even the price for incision + epicanthoplasty alone is in the top 2 among the places I visited. But if you add canthoplasty (+lowering the outer corner), it doubles. The manager is the most experienced and sophisticated among all the hospitals. She is a bit older and very charismatic. She showed me case photos and, considering my circumstances, also recommended prioritizing only incision + epicanthoplasty for now.
