I had surgery with buried sutures and eye correction. Right after the first surgery, the line was too high, so I had revision surgery. At the same hospital, with the same chief doctor. Hmm. I'm satisfied overall, but it's a little disappointing that the eye correction seems to have loosened. Still, it looks natural. Three years later, I'm still looking into another revision surgery.
