As rumored, the director is really kind. They show before-and-after photos on a monitor and explain what condition my nose is in and how it can be operated on. If I ask questions, they explain kindly. The surgery cost was more expensive than I expected, but I think that depends on each person's nasal condition. Other than not being able to park, I’m satisfied. The consultation fee didn't feel wasted.
