I went for a consultation because of complications from the inner corner eye incision, and the style seemed to be more about giving a realistic goal based on their own judgment rather than saying hopeful things? So it seems like a good fit for people who want a realistic direction and want to hear a blunt evaluation rather than someone who sounds overly optimistic about improvement. The director was very kind. They showed me a lot of cases and photos and explained everything diligently.
