It seems like they prefer eyes with a lot of visible inner canthus. I felt that it didn't match the needs I wanted. They seemed professional, but also very firm, so communication was a bit difficult. The surgical result they showed wasn't bad, but it looked different from my eyes. I don't remember the exact price.
