The doctor and the director were both kind, but it felt like they set the price each time instead of having a fixed fee system, which I didn't like. It was disappointing that I couldn't decide exactly which direction the surgery would go. They don't take too many appointments, which is nice. If you make an appointment, the consultation starts right away.
