Before the consultation, you carefully fill out a questionnaire (?), and after that the director calls you in. When you go in and show the nose photos you want and talk about which parts of your nose you dislike, they explain things to you. They also explained the materials, which was nice. I heard a lot of people say the doctor is harsh, but I didn't feel that at all! The staff members there were all kind and nice too.
