Before I knew anything about nose surgery, the first clinic I went to was one where the doctor didn’t say much first and only asked what surgery I wanted. The problem was, if I said something like I wanted nostril reduction, they’d just tell me to do it. It gave the feeling that all responsibility would be left to me. The reviews after surgery were good, but it was a clinic I passed on because I thought I’d be too stressed during the follow-up process if the cosmetic surgery failed.
