I wasn't expecting much because I saw reviews saying the manager was bad, but the manager in charge was really kind and soft-spoken. Pretty and all, but she didn't seem very professional. The director was the first person whose aesthetic sense matched mine. He explained in a way that made me understand why you shouldn't raise it too much, and he was the first person in all the consultations I had done who told me that. So I thought I would do it here, but after reading the reviews here, everyone says the nose ended up crooked, so I'm thinking about it now
